Entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 15, 2016. He is survived by his parents, Anthony M. and Anita C. Haywood; daughter, Kadis, Semaj Ruffin; grandparents, James A Bowling (Lula), Elton C. Haywood Sr. (Doris); grandmother, Lillian V Colbert; uncle, Elton C Haywood Jr.; loving partner, Kandis; a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Haywood was preceded by his brother, Anthony M . Haywood Jr. Mr. Haywood will lie in state at Peace Baptist Church, 712 18th Street NE. On Wednesday, June 29, 2016 from 10 a.m. until services 11 a.m. Officiating Minister Reverend Dr. T. Bell.
