Peacefully passed away on July 3, 2012, of Catonsville, MD. Loving husband of Joyce Fleming; beloved father of Michael Fleming and Erika (Keith) Flowers . He is also survived by three sisters, five brothers and a host of other relatives and friends. Sorry to hear of the passing of Jim. The fishing club will definitely miss Jim's humor on the boat. Jim was also one of the best window installers and mechanic in the business. His skills were outstanding. He is definitey missed.

Flem, it seem like yesterday that we spoke which was a week after Father,s day.This is really shock. I can remeber when you came to live with us and from that day till now we were brothers, even if things were good or bad. Rest my brother because you have earn it.
