JAMES H. TAYLOR
Retired Prince Georges County Circuit Court Judge James H. Taylor, 86, died peacefully on October 31, 2012 at his home in Upper Marlboro after a long battle with congestive heart failure. He is survived by his wife of 44 years Jan; his daughter Tanya Morris (Curtis); his sons Marc and David; his step-daughter Tracy; his grandchildren Erica Harris (Michael), Charisa Morris, Dorian Taylor, Marcia Taylor, Marc Taylor II, Cydney Taylor and Emma Taylor; his great-grandchildren Jaden Taylor, Zamari Taylor and Evan Harris; as well he leaves his brother Milton Taylor; his first wife Lillian Miles Taylor; a host of cousins; nephews; nieces; and many devoted and loving friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Judge James H. Taylor Scholarship, Prince Georges Community College Foundation, Inc., 301 Largo Road, A312, Largo, MD 20774. Services will be at a later date. Interment at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD.
