VIRGINIA McNALLY
Our amazing mother Virginia McNally 96, passed away in her home on April 27, 2013. Born August 2, 1916 in Chicago, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband LTC James McNally; parents Joseph and Christine Alvarez; and siblings Rose and Joe. She and her husband lived throughout the world while serving in the military until settling in Crofton, MD. Ginny was an Olympic Speed Skater, a certified swim instructor, and an avid bridge player. She is survived by two sisters Hazel and Lorraine, her children Virginia (Bruce); her son Dennis; and daughter Kathy (Jim), as well as her six grandchildren, Deidra, Dennis, Kelly, Dennis, Heather, and Michael, 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Family will receive friends at the family-owned Beall Funeral Home, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte.3-South), Bowie MD on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 1800 Seton Dr., Crofton, MD 21114 on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association, www.heart.org.
