WILLIAM O. GELSTON
On Wednesday, October 23, 2013 of Crofton, MD. Mr. Gelston worked at the U. S. Department of Transportation for 36 years retiring as a Senior Economist. Beloved uncle of Karen A., Erik M. and David A. Quam. Graveside service and interment at Parklawn Memorial Park, 12800 Veirs Mill Rd., Rockville, MD 20853 on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Melanoma Research Foundation, www.melanoma.org. Arrangements by COLE FUNERAL SERVICES, Rockville, MD.
