Passed away on December 30, 2012 in Silver Spring, MD. Aniceta first lived in Washington DC, in 1948 and later lived in Alexandria, VA in the 70s and 80s. Aniceta became part of the Riderwood community in Silver Spring in 2005. Wife of the late Robert Edward Galpin. Aniceta is survived by Theresa Borchardt, Brooklyn Park, MN; MaryAnn Ford, Richmond, VA; Wilma Zendel, Rockville, MD; Ann Dreeland, Corona, AZ; their spouses, and six grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews around the world, and their families. She was predeceased by three children. At her request, there will be no formal service. Her cremated remains will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery, with her husband's at a later date. Online condolences may be made at:
