MacCULLOUGH ANN WINSLOW MacCULLOUGH (Age 74) Of Albuquerque, NM, passed away on March 16, 2012. Born and raised in Washington D.C., Ann attended Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School, The Academy of the Holy Cross High School and later Towson State Teachers College, in Towson, MD. She worked for the General Accounting Office in Washington, D.C. before she married and started a family. Her passion for community involvement began here at her children's school, local church and library. After the family moved to San Diego, CA, she worked as Director of the YMCA Family Options Program and later as Director of Marketing and Membership Services for the Downtown YMCA. Ann served on many California boards and commissions including: Friends of the Library; the City of San Diego Board of Library Commissioners; the Commission for Arts and Culture and the Commission on the Status of Women, among others. Ann was a graduate of LEAD and Alumnus of the Year 1990. Her lifelong love of music and the arts made her a strong supporter of the opera and symphony in every city she lived in. She later chose to make her home in Albuquerque, NM, due to of her love of Native American culture and arts and the beautiful landscape. Grateful for the care she received there, Ann later gave back to the New Mexico Cancer Center by volunteering in her spare time. Ann is survived by her daughter, Sharin MacCullough Greenleaf and husband, Richard Greenleaf Jr. of San Jose, CA; and son, Craig Andrew MacCullough of San Diego, CA; grandchildren, Declan and Emma Greenleaf; sisters, Mary Winslow Buckingham of Kensington, MD, and Karen Winslow and husband, Michael McGovern of Glen Ridge, NJ; nephews, Kenneth Buckingham, Mark Buckingham and Christopher Buckingham and nieces, Anna McGovern, Elisa McGovern, Lisa MacCullough, Jennifer MacCullough and Carolyn MacCullough. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion Agnes B. and Joseph E. Winslow and her brother, Thomas E. Winslow and her sister, Judith Winslow. A funeral mass will be held in her honor at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Kensington, MD on June 9, 2012 at 11 a.m. and her ashes will be laid to rest at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Silver Spring, MD.
