On Monday, October 8, 2012, of Frederick, MD; beloved wife of John L. Stein, Jr.; mother of Rich Stein and wife Chris of Mt. Airy, MD and Rob Stein and wife Robin of Springfield, VA; brother of Robert Jones and wife Carole of Arlington, VA, grandfather of Meredith Jones, Rebecca Stein, Jonathan Stein and Lauren Stein; great grandfather of Dylan Jones. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Sunday, October 28, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 E. Ridgeville Blvd, Mt. Airy. Inurnment will take place in the Columbarium at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to
