Barbara C. Burhans died September 7, 2012 at her home in Alexandria, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathaniel C. and Vaughtie Burhans. She is survived by her sisters, Cynthia C. Burhans and Priscilla Frampton. She is also survived by her niece, Gail Frampton and her nephew, Richard Frampton. A funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Christ Church, 118 N. Washington St., Alexandria, VA. Interment to follow at Ivy Hill Cemetery.
