Died peacefully February 9, 2013; at his sister's home in Northeast, MD. Born June 29, 1963; originally from Sandy Spring, MD, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, Norfolk, VA and Naples, FL. Preceded in death by his parents Richard and Mildred Hallowell. Survived by one sister Patricia Hallowell Scott and husband Russell A. Scott; three nieces Brooke Murphy, Debbie Scott and Sarah Hallowell Murphy; one great-niece Nicayla Murphy, all from Northeast, MD. Graveside services on March 6, 1:30 p.m. at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Ave. Silver Spring, MD 20906.
