BLANCHE R. SCHULTZ (Age 93)
Of Catlett on Friday, December 2, 2011 at Fauquier Hospital. She was born on January 25, 1918 in Toronto, Ohio to the late Samuel Mitchell and Margaret Burke Mitchell. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Frank Schultz, her son, Paul Lawrence Schultz, grandson, John Patrick Bates, and five siblings. She is survived by five children; Margaret Schultz O'Brien of Williamsburg, VA, Mary Katherine Bates and husband John of Cape Coral, FL, Michaela Schultz of Catlett, VA, Mariann Gauss and husband Mike of Manassas Park, VA and Maureen B. Schultz of Los Angeles, CA, two granddaughters, Casey Theis and Stacey Weir and four great grandchildren; Anastasia Trickett, Jacob Theis, Lorelei Theis and Campbell Weir. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave. Warrenton, VA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Warrenton, VA. Burial will follow in Arlington National Cemetery at 2 p.m. In addition to flowers, contributions may be made in Blanche's name to Capital Caring Hospice, attn: Philanthropy Office, 2900 Telestar Ct., Falls Church, VA 22042.
