On December 23, 2013, in Bethesda, MD. Favorite brother of Melanie Lynn Griffin and Lorna E. Griffin and beloved uncle of Jeffrey Lilly and Devon Eudy. A long-time resident of Montgomery County, Bryan - known as "Biff" to friends and family - was a writer and literary critic who published the acclaimed Panic Among the Philistines in 1985. He studied political science at the University of Texas in El Paso. Biff loved God, the outdoors, his family, his books, and his cats Mouse and Miranda. He has joined his beloved mother and father, Lorna and Fred Griffin, and all are at peace. Friends will be received at PUMPHREY'S BETHESDA-CHEVY CHASE, 7557 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD on Friday, December 27, from 7 to 9 p.m. Interment will be private at Parklawn Memorial Park in Rockville.
