Of Washington, DC, entered eternal life on December 27, 2012 at Washington Adventist Hospital. Mac enlisted in the United States Navy in 1940 and served in World War II and the Korean War during his 21 years of honorable service. Mac was later employed at the U.S. Department of Treasury, Bureau of Engraving & Printing, for 25 years of distinguished service. Mac is survived by his devoted wife Wyolene; daughters Charlene Hayes, Juanita Robinson, and Grace McBride II; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Pope Funeral Home, 5538 Marlboro Pike, Forestville, MD, on January 7, 2013, at 12 p.m. Memorial service to follow at 1 p.m. Condolences may be left in the guest book.
