Dear Marilyn,

My heart goes out to you and Tim, Jennifer, and Doug in the loss of Conrad. You and Conrad were good friends to our family during our years in DC, and we will never forget the cub scout experience which he made possible for Ari. May you find peace in knowing that he is at rest in a better place. Love, Grace Lockett (formerly Rosner) Ansonia, CT

Driving through Washington with 'Chris', as I called him, was to see it through a different lens. So many fascinating details-"You can get an early copy of the Federal budget proposal in the 2nd floor there, that building used to be...,that's where the aides often gather for...always interesting. He was nonchalant about having ridden in a taxi with Eleanor Roosevelt once and had a great tale about interviewing President Kennedy for a story. I will miss talking to him.
I liked his humor. He said in a house with several floors make certain your 'ups' and 'downs' even out. And he would have his grandchildren laughing by getting them to chase their yawns.

What a wonderful man! From my early childhood I always remember the Christiano's being such a kind and friendly place to visit and Chris (Mr. Christiano) always making special efforts to make sure my family and I were welcome and comfortable. Our condolences to Marilyn, Tim, Jennifer, Doug and their families.

With love, Soren, Annamaria, Emese and Sam

I'm sorry to hear your loss. Please put your faith in the promise that God has given us. He tells us at MATT 6:10 - "You must pray, then, this way:
“‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. 10 Let your Kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also on earth."

The paradise hope is real.

I am so sorry for your loss. May the Most High God comfort you as you mourn the loss of your loved one. (Psalm 83:18)

We have admired so much about Connie. He fought such a brave struggle with the enormous support of Marilyn and his children. I do not believe he would have changed his life for anything different than what he had: a loving family, dear friends, a good career. His good deeds will guarantee that many will remember him and use his qualities as a guidepost in their own lives.
With love to Marilyn, Tim, Jennifer, and Doug from Harry and Gretchen
