CYNTHIA JEAN BOLBACH "Cindy"  
Age 64, of Arlington, VA, died on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 surrounded by family and friends. Bolbach was preceded in death by her brother, David. She is survived by her sister, Ann Bolbach White of Washington, DC; her nephews, Mark White, a priest in Virginia and Ben White, a journalist in New York City; and by her foster son, Jimmy Pelletier of Virginia. Bolbach was born in Lancaster, PA on December 27, 1947 to Dorothy and Raymond Bolbach. A graduate of Wittenberg University and Georgetown University Law Center. Bolbach was a senior executive and member of the Board of Directors of the Bureau of National Affairs (now Bloomberg BNA), where she began work in 1972. Bolbach, a faithful Christian, served for two years as Moderator of the Presbyterian Church (USA), after winning election to the position at the 219th General Assembly in Minneapolis, MN in July 2010.A memorial service will be held for Cindy on Saturday, December 15, 1 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Arlington, with reception to follow.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Presbyterian Foundation for a grant program which has been established in Cindy's name.
