DOUGLAS H. RABREN  

COL. Douglas H. Rabren, USA (Ret.), 58, of Stafford, Virginia went home to his Lord and Savior on December 23, 2012.
He was born March 12, 1954, in Mobile, Alabama. He was the son of the late Willie Simon and Lila Grey Rabren. He was a retired colonel from the United States Army and was currently employed at ASM Research in Fairfax, VA. He was a active member of Victory Baptist Church in Stafford.
His family includes his wife, Deborah, eldest son Brandon and his wife Cathy, grandchildren Jackson Douglas and MacKenna Susan, younger son Zachary and his wife Amy, and brother Bill and his wife Frances.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, January 5, and 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday, January 6, at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Home, 186 Shelton Shop Road, Stafford, VA. The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. on January 6 at the same location.
A final viewing will be held on January 10, 1 to 2 p.m. at Foreman Brown Funeral Home, Andalusia, AL. Interment will follow in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Victory Baptist Church of Stafford, VA, , Habitat for Humanity or ACTS of Prince William County.
