Eduardo Masoller passed away on November 29, 2013 at the age of 96 surrounded by loved ones at his residence in Springfield, VA. Beloved husband for 69 years of the late Elida Masoller; loving father of Nelly Bergara (Ignacio), Graciela Masoller-Morabito (Miguel Angel), and the late Eduardo G. Masoller; adored grandfather of Christian Bergara. Born in Uruguay on November 6, 1917, and immigrated to the United States in 1970.
He was the type of person who left a lasting impression on everyone he met, leaving behind a legacy of extraordinary memories. Eduardo was an engineer by trade, but poet and adventurer by heart; always looking to travel and explore new corners of this world. He was the consummate family man who unquestioningly put his family first, who loved fishing, gardening, traveling, tango dancing, classical music, and all good in things in life. He was a legend to all those whose life he entered, and taught us all how to live life to the fullest.
