I was a patient of Dr. Pacious from the age of 16 until his retirement. I can still recall Sheila's voice over the phone announcing Dr Pacious' call to go over lab work. I will always be grateful for his gentle manner, reassuring demeanor and compassionate care that he gave to me and my great aunt Katherine Nally. He was a true gentleman who touched so many peoples' lives over the years. Prayers and blessings to his family.

One of the finest caring physicians one could hope to find. A true man of healing and compassion. My interactions with Dr Pacious was as a patient with other Augustinian seminarians and later teaching staff at Archbishop Carroll HS, in DC. 1969-72. He will have a treasured place in the eternally healed and heralded.

I am so sorry for your loss and the pain of that loss. What a wonderful man to have been able to call "father". He clearly had a heart filled with compassion and love for humanity and dedicated his life to that calling. The world was a better place because he was here and all the lives that he touched and healed. God Bless.

I was the Head Nurse in Labor and Delivery at Providence Hospital many years ago and knew Dr. Pacious only slightly. If we were walking the same direction in the hallway, he always spoke and carried on a conversation - even though he didn't really know me. He was an intelligent, soft-spoken, proper, gracious gentleman - none other like him. My condolences in your loss...

Uncle Ed will always be remembered for his quiet demeanor, his intelligence, and his love of family. As a child, I enjoyed the family gatherings at his home with my own family, the Murray's. May Uncle Ed be united with his beloved wife and always be in the hearts of those he left behind.
