Chaplain Armstrong had a remarkable and long legacy, a life well worth celebrating! Our family attended Atterbury Chapel, Frankfurt, Germany, 1959-62. My experiences there have lasted my lifetime, and values I learned then are an important piece of who I am these days.

One of the True " Sons of Dillard University " was called home to rest. We will miss his smile and his jokes but most of all ..we will just miss HIM. The "Oaks" on the Avenue weep with his family, alums and friends.
