Of Falls Church, VA on November 13, 2012. Husband of the late Mildred A. Leach. Father of Raymond A., Richard A., Stanley C. and Francis O. Leach, Jr. Brother of Mary Leach. He is also survived by his grandchildren Rachel Ann and Joshua C. Leach, great-grandson Jesse James Mooney and his step-grandson Justin Foster. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 19 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Advent Funeral Services, 7211 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 20 at 12 noon at St. Michaels Catholic Church, 7401 St. Michaels Lane, Annandale, VA. Interment Quantico National Cemetery.
