GARFIELD R. JOHNSON "Streets"  

A devoted member of Good Hope Union United Methodist Church and a Veteran of World War II. Passed away peacefully at his home in Silver Spring, MD on Friday, February 22, 2013. He was a beloved husband of the late Mary Elizabeth Johnson and grandfather of the late Tim Adams; loving father of Barbara Williams (Frank), Deborah Adams (Jerome), Esther Wooten (Rick), Garfield Johnson (Carmelita) and Rhonda Johnson; grandfather of Jerome Adams, II, Michael Williams, Henry Armwood, III, Devon Johnson, Raven Johnson; great-grandfather to Lila Adams; a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing will be at Good Hope Union United Methodist Church, 14680 Good Hope Road, Silver Spring, MD on February 27, 2013 at 10 a.m. and services at 11 a.m. Interment Parklawn Memorial Park. In lieu flowers, the family request donation to Good Hope Union United Methodist Church. Arrangements entrusted to SNOWDEN FUNERAL HOME.
