HERBERT A. FRANKEL of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Betty Frankel; devoted father of Glen (Betsyellen) and Arthur (Pia) Frankel; loving brother of Estelle and Arthur. Also survived by five loving grandchildren, Abra, Margo, Paul, Sarah and Sam; and three great-grandsons. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, MAy 24, 11 a.m. at Garden of Remembrance Cemetery, Clarksburg, MD. Family will be receiving friends following services at 3 p.m. throught 7 p.m. at the residence of Glen Frankel. Memorial contributions may be made to, New Israel Fund. Arrangements entrusted to EDWARD SAGEL FUNERAL DIRECTION, INC.
