JOHN FORREST FLOBERG (Age 95)
Of Potomac, MD, on August 29, 2011, beloved husband of Betty Spencer Floberg, beloved son of the late Frederick O. and Emily J. Floberg, beloved brother of the late Frederic O. Floberg. Funeral Mass Thursday, September 8, 10 a.m. at Saint Francis Xavier Church, 9th St. and Linden Avenue, Wilmette, IL. Interment All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Loyola Academy.

John F. Floberg was my dad's first commanding officer aboard the USS SC770. Dad (Fred H. Adam, Jr) served the SC770 from commissioning until being turned over to the French in Dec 1944.
Thank-you John for bringing my dad home.
