JOHN J. GUTTER (Age 72)  

Retired Vice Principal of O'Connell High School, and Ret. Lt. Col. (U.S.M.C.) passed on Sunday, July 29, 2012. He is now with the Lord after battling cancer for over a year and is being relieved from his earthly duties and pain. Survived by his loving wife, friend and companion of 45 years "Ginny" and their four children: John Jr. (wife Danielle), Graham (wife Meghan), Amie (husband Troy) and son James in addition to four grandchildren: Peyton, Cassidy, Mckenzie and Gabriel. A viewing will be held at Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA. Friday, August 3 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Mass will be held on Saturday, August 4 at 1 p.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes, 830 23rd Street S., Arlington, VA. Donations appreciated (in memory of John J.
