On Tuesday December 11, 2012 at his residence in Chevy Chase, MD. Beloved husband of Dr. Susan Early Otero; devoted father of Guillermo Pablo, Luis Francisco and Maria Elisa; cherished son of Maria Teresa and the late Rene Otero; loving brother of Cecilia, Francisco (Pancho), Maria, Beatriz (BB), Rene, Fernando, Carola and Lucia. Also survived by 15 nieces and 14 nephews, one great niece and numerous other loving family and friends. Friends may call at PUMPHREY'S BETHESDA-CHEVY CHASE FUNERAL HOME, 7557 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD on Sunday December 16 from 3 to 5 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at The Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Western Avenue at Quesada Street, NW, Washington, DC on Monday December 17, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Johns College High School, 2607 Military Road NW, Washington, DC 20015 or San Miguel School, 7705 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20012.
