I had the pleasure of working with Karen many years ago in Washington, D.C. at Paralyzed Veterans of America. She was such a fabulous person and was always smiling. Karen filled the office daily with such joy. I was very sad to hear of your loss and know that she will be missed.

My condolences to the natural and spiritual families of Rev. Karen Mills. I have known Karen for over 15 years through Bishop Jonah I. Lindsay (my father-in-law), former pastor of St. Paul AUMP church and the Lindsay family. Karen was a wonderful asset to the Kingdom of God. Her gift of singing and preaching has touched many, including myself, and her loss will be greatly felt! But, we that are in Christ know that there is no hurt or sorrow that heaven cannot heal! Jason, Bro. and Sis. Footman, and the entire family, my prayers are with you during this most difficult time.
Philippians 1:6 - Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

On behalf of the Thompkins Family we would like to express our deepest sympathy in the lost of a beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt and dear sister friend to me and to my family. Just know that you are not alone in feeling the void during this difficult time. She will be greatly missed. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Psalm 305. May God be with you.

Their's no words that I can express; Psalms 100:v1 Make a joyful noise unto The Lord all ye lands. v2 Serve The Lord with gladness, come before his presence with singing. "That's what Karen would want us to do". I love you all, Peace and Many Blessing.
