On May 21, 2012 of Washington DC. Beloved mother of David Lee Williams; sister of Robert Foster and Regina Waiters. She is survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her step children Alfreda, Ricky, and Reynard Manigan and a host of relatives and friends. Services will be held on Saturday, June 2, with a viewing from 12:30 p.m. until time of service at 1:30 p.m. at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home, 3401 Bladensburg Rd Brentwood, MD. Internment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
