Lawrence Spriggs Obituary
LAWRENCE RODELL SPRIGGS
Of Upper Marlboro, MD peacefully entered into eternal rest on June 22, 2011 with family by his side. Beloved husband of 57 years to Mercedes O. Spriggs; loving father of Collette (William) Harris, Diane Drew, Wanda (Donald) Musgrove; grandfather of Desmon Harris, Michelle (Derrick) Robinson, Taryn (Larry) Savoy and Donald Musgrove, III. He is also survived by five great-granddaughters, Bria, Kyla and Mikayla Savoy, Erica and Ciera Robinson; one sister, Martha Evans and a host of relatives and friends. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 29 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at Holy Family Catholic Church, 12010 Woodmore Rd., Mitchellville, MD 20721. Private burial will be held at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, National Capital Area Chapter, 3702 Pender Dr., Suite 400, Fairfax, VA 22030 or by phone at 703-359-4440.

I am so very sorry for your loss, I had only net Mr. Spriggs a few times and he was very pleasent and loving man.I know he will be missed. But know he is in the Lord's arms now. Please remember God makes NO mistakes
