MARK C. LOWSTUTER (Age 58)  
Passed December 11, 2012. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Mary-Kaye and David McLaughlin; several relatives and friends. He graduated from Yorktown High School in 1973 and from College of Boca Raton in 1977. Visitation Monday, December 17, 4 to 9 p.m. at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Virginia. Funeral Mass, Tuesday, 10 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1910 North Randolph Street, Arlington, Virginia. Burial will follow at National Memorial Park. Share a memory at: www.NationalFH-MP.com

Mark was a really good guy. he was really kindhearted and would help you out with anything if he was able too.i only knew him a short time, 3 or 4 years,but in that short amount of time i saw him help out anyone when they asked.its really shockin to me he went so young but he is in a much more peaceful place looking down on everyone he cared about. I am really gonna miss him.R.I.P. buddy.

Mark and I had a lot of great memories.
We use to flood his patio with water and wait for it to freeze so we could slide and knock each other down those were the good times.
I will miss you.
