Passed peacefully on July 22, 2012. Gwen is survived by her husband, Dennis L. Moore; mother Mary F. Clarke; daughter, KaTrina J. Miller; granddaughter Promyce D. Miller; brothers, Joseph B. Collins Jr. (Maxine), James E. Clarke Sr., James H. Collins (Melva), Francis B. Collins (Ute); mother-in-law, Mittie V. Moore; sister-in-law, Sylvia B. Laremont (Benjamin); and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial service will be held at Providence St. John Baptist Church, 5607 Old Crain Highway, Upper Marlboro MD 20772, on August 4, 2012 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the , 2121 SW 16th Street, Gainesville FL 32608.
