On Monday, July 2, 2012, PAMELA D. LIBBY of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved mother of Amanda Libby; former wife of Kenneth Libby. Also survived by one sister. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 6, 2012, 12 noon at Shaare Tefila Congregation, 16620 Georgia Ave., Olney, MD. Interment following at the Shaare Tefila Cemetery (within Mt. Lebanon Cemetery), Adelphi, MD. Shiva will be announced. Memorial contributions may be made to the Washington Animal Rescue League.
