RANDI COATES WESTON  

Randi passed away peacefully at home on May 30, 2012 in Centreville, Virginia. She was born on July 29, 1941 in Kansas City, Missouri. She was the beloved wife of Thomas R. Weston for almost eleven years, and those were among the happiest years of her life. Randi graduated from Mary Washington College and for many years taught children with special needs. She is survived by her husband, Tom, her daughter Amy Haupt Nelson, her grandchildren, Taylor and Spencer, her sister, Donna Eichner, and their mother Dorothy Coates. Randi was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who had many special friends who were an important part of her life. Special thanks to VITAS Hospice for their loving care during her final days. Randi is now walking on unknown beaches sifting through the sand searching for that perfect seashell. The love from her family and friends walks with her.

 

Memorial service is pending at he Demaine Funeral Home, 5308 Backlick Road, Springfield, VA. www.demainefunerals.com. In lieu of flowers, Randi requested that donations be made to each person's favorite charity.
