ROBERT A. WOODS  
Attorney Robert A. Woods, 80, passed away on December 22, 2011, following a lengthy illness. Born in Beverly, MA, he was a graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Law School, and was a partner in the law firm of Schwartz, Woods & Miller in Washington, DC. Robert is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Betty L. (Mercer) Woods; his son, Lawrence A. Woods; his daughter, Diana S. Heinze; his son, Randall D. Woods; and four grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Mary Buck, of Rochester, NH. Services will be held on Thursday, December 29 at 10 a.m. at Pumphrey's Funeral Home, 7557 Wisconsin Ave., Bethesda, MD. In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations in his name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the ALS Association.

To all the Woods and Heinze family members, we were very sorry to hear about Bob's passing but hope that he is in peace. He lived a long, wonderful life and experienced much love and happiness with his wonderful family. Karen Thomas
