On September 4, 2012, age 73. Graduate of Ursinus College, and Master of Accounting degree from Georgetown University. Joined the Air Force, served in Germany, and in Viet Nam during the war, receiving several decorations. Retired from Defense Contract Audit Agency. Survived by son Jason, daughter-in-law Diane, grandson Tyler, brother Bruce, and sister-in-law Robin Rudd. Interred in National Cemetery at Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA. Memorial service to be held September 29 at 1 p.m. in Fairlington United Methodist Church, Alexandria, VA. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations in his memory be made to Fairlington UM Church or to the Air Force Memorial Foundation, Arlington, VA.
