ROBIN LANSDALE JOHNSEN (Age 66)
Robin Lansdale Johnsen died on February 13, 2017. Her wife, Anne Thompson; her siblings, Nancy, Conner, Elizabeth, and Sam, and her many close relatives and friends are mourning their loss while celebrating the gifts of love, healing, and spiritual exploration that Robin leaves behind. An acupuncturist and a longtime member of the Sandy Spring Quaker community, Robin was a staunch feminist who embraced all humanity and who dedicated herself to helping others. Robin's life on earth is over, but her essence - her passion for healing and her indelible loving energy - will be here forever. Robin was cremated at Going Home Cremation Service on February 15. A memorial service at the Sandy Spring Meeting House will be held at 11 a.m. on April 29.

To my greatest teacher and mentor, Robin.
We feel your loss so deeply, because you did so much for so long for so many. The warmth and joy and brightness of You will continue forward for generations. Through me, through your students, your patients, all those you so generously touched. Your smile. Your grace, your patient wisdom. Thank you. For it all, thank you.
