STANLEY C. FELDMAN  

Of Silver Spring, MD. Associate Chief Counsel and Legislative Counsel for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of the U.S. Department of Transportation, died Saturday, September 28, 2013, he was age 70. Raised in Shreveport, LA. Stan Feldman was the devoted husband of Judith Stein Feldman; deeply loved by his two sons, James and Alex; his daughter-in-law, Dena Pengas; his sister, Beth Feldman and brother, Michael Feldman; mother-in-law, Annette Stein and brother-in-law, Robert Stein. He was a cherished friend of many, valued and respected by colleagues and will be greatly missed by all. Funeral service will be held Monday, September 30, 1 p.m. at DANZANSKY-GOLDBERG MEMORIAL CHAPELS, 1170 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852. Interment Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park, Clarksburg, MD. The family will be receiving friends immediately following the service at the Feldman home through Thursday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Southern Poverty Law Center or Young Judaea.
