SUE F. LAW  

On December 22, Sue Wahle Farquharson Law passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and song.
 
Born in Topeka, Kansas to Bernice Hemus Wahle and Richard Wahle, she grew up in Topeka, Rolla, Missouri and Washington, D.C. An accomplished singer, she toured the Pacific with her lifelong friends from George Washington University's Troubadour group.
 
In 1951 she married Jason P. Law, graduate of the Annapolis Naval Academy. His naval career took them around the world during their 37 year marriage.
 
Returning to Washington upon retirement, she lived for many years in the family home in Chevy Chase, fostering a large circle of friends, love and music.
 
She is survived by her three sons, Robert, Jason and Ives, and her 14 grandchildren.
 
Her funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, December 28, at Knollwood's chapel, 6200 Oregon Ave, Washington, DC. 20015. Valet parking. Friends are asked to make a donation in her name to Jubilee Jobs, c/o Terry Flood, 2712 Ontario Rd, NW, Washington DC 20009 in lieu of flowers.
