THOMAS A. FRAZIER, JR.  
Thomas A. Frazier, Jr., 80, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2014, from heart related problems. Mr. Frazier practiced law for more than 50 years in the Washington, DC metro area. Mr. Frazier graduated from the Baylor School in Chattanooga, TN in 1951 and attended the University of Virginia. He graduated from the University of Virginia and was first in his class at the University of Virginia Law School. He was a Captain in the Air Force Reserve, Judge Advocate General's Department. Mr. Frazier entered private practice in Washington, DC as a tax attorney and was a partner with Alvord and Alvord and later Haynes and Miller. He was an active tennis, bowler and squash player until he discovered golf, a sport he enjoyed throughout his life. He was a member of the University Club and the Chevy Chase Club. He was a devoted family man and is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, three children, and three grandchildren as well as two sisters. His wit, charm, and kindness will be missed by all. Celebration of his life will be held at St. Alban's Episcopal Church, Washington, DC on November 30 at 2 p.m.

I worked with Tom at the law firm of Haynes & Miller for many years. He was a true gentleman and fun-loving person in all respects. He will surely be missed by all. My deepest sympathy to Martha and his children.

Tom will be greatly missed. Our family looked forward to his and Martha's visists to Western North Carolina most Fall and Spring seasons. His laugh and fun loving stories were always welcomed. Our thoughts, prayers, and love go out to all the Frazier family.
