Thomas String Obituary
THOMAS WILT STRING SR.1930 - 2011
On December 27, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Carol Hess String; daughter, Kimberly String Wilson (Bruce Wilson); sons, Thomas W. String, Jr. and Richard H. String (Ruth Bowman String); grandchildren, Christina Mannella, Robert Wilson and Emily Wilson; and two great grandchildren. He has resided in Essex Falls, New Jersey, Port Washington, New York, Breton Bay, Maryland, Danville, Vermont and most recently Springfield, Virginia. His professional career spanning over forty years in the Washington Metro area includes Northrop Page Systems Inc. and Melpar Division - E-Systems. Services are currently being planned for Arlington National Cemetery. The family suggests memorial donations to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
