On Thursday, August 16, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife, Frances E. Jackson; six children, William A. Jackson, Jr., W. Tammy (Broderick) Robinson, Jody (Penny) Jackson, Brenda L. (Curtis) Kidwell, Mark Jackson, and Donita Jackson; one sister, Dorothy King; two sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, 16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Mount Moriah Baptist Church, 1636 East Capitol Street Northeast, Washington, DC 20003, from 10 a.m. until time of funeral services at 11 a.m. Interment Maryland National Cemetery.
