Suddenly on Sunday, January 8, 2012, BOB NORR of Darnestown, MD. Beloved son of Nancy L. and Douglas A. Norr; brother of Mary Norr; grandson of Frances and the late Arthur Norr, Little Falls, MN and Phyllis and Francis Lesneski, Ellenton, FL; great grandson of Ruth Riley and the late Evan Riley; nephew of Dave Norr, Patti and Dave Ruff and Jeff Lesneski; cousin of Shana and Erin Ruff and Travis Norr. Friends may call at DeVol Funeral Home, 10 East Deer Park Drive, Gaithersburg, MD on Friday, January 13th from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Darnestown Presbyterian Church, 15120 Turkey Foot Road, Darnestown, MD 20878 on Saturday, January 14th at 1 p.m. Interment in the church cemetery. In appreciation of search and rescue efforts, memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made in his name to Canaan Valley Volunteer Fire Department, Box 545, Davis, WV 26260. I was fortunate to know Bob as a swimmer at Frostburg State with my daughter Thirza. Bob had the most incredible BLUE eyes and the kindest heart. He was never afraid to offer support to teammates. bob... each day your life was an amazing,selfless journey. such a full life at 20.
