JEANNE RUTH VERTEFEUILLE (Age 80)
Of McLean passed peacefully on December 29, 2012 after a short illness. No Services will be held. Memorial donations are suggested to CIA Officers Memorial Foundation at www.ciamemorialfoundation.org. Arrangements are entrusted to Adams-Green Funeral Home, Herndon, VA.

Jeanne was my cousin. I still treasure the hand carved wood antelopes she gave me upon her return from Kenya, many years ago. She was an amazing woman.

Jeanne's Father, Charlie, married our Aunt Louise Johnson Wallenmeyer. They lived their retirement years in Ft Meyers, FL. Charlie was very proud of his daughter and suggested that our daughter get in touch with her as she attended American University and was interested in French and Foreign Affairs. We knew that she was involved in CIA business but never met her. Thank you to Sandy Grimes for her companionship and caring in Jeanne's last years.

Jeanne is remembered by the many Johnson-Boyd relatives she acquired when her father, Charles, married Louise Johnson during their retirement years in Ft Myers Beach.
