On January 29, 2006, REBECCA DIANE WRIGHT of Chevy Chase, Maryland.

Survived by George de la Pena and two sons, Matthew and Alexander de la Pena.

She is also survived by her brother, Craig Wright and her parents, Diane and Bill Wright as well as numerous dear and devoted friends. She leaves behind an extraordinary legacy in the world of dance.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at Joseph Gawlers Sons, Inc., 5130 Wisconsin Avenue (corner of Harrison Street) N.W., Washington DC on Wednesday, February 1, 2006 from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial Services will be held at The Kay Spiritual Life Center, 4400 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC 20016, Thursday, February 2, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rebecca D. Wright Children's Trust and mailed to Lisa Dunner, Trustee, Dunner Law, Waterfront Center, Suite 660, 1010 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W., Washington DC 20007. In addition, the Rebecca Wright Scholarship Fund has been established at the Washington School of Ballet.
