On Thursday, July 20, 2017, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Col. Elbridge Lee Snapp, Jr.; mother of Lee, Frank (Marilyn), Jack (Margie) and Jim Snapp and Suzie Knechtel; grandmother of Mike (Debbie), Steve (Kathleen) and Molly Snapp and Tom (Kerith), Casey (Anna) and Mike Knechtel. Also survived by six great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernadette's Church, 72 University Blvd. East, Silver Spring, MD, on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Dear Snapp (Holt) cousins,
I learned of Aunt Mollie's death by accident. It is truly the end of a great era. Your mom was the eldest of the grand Holt family and she out lived most of her younger brothers and sisters, including my mom, Barrie. You were blessed to have her for so long. It is sad that we were never very close especially since we lived in Maryland too. You are in our prayers at this time.
