On April 7, 2007, of Washington, DC, he was an extraordinary son of Clarice D. Leonard and J. William Leonard of Avenue, MD. A fantastic big brother to Michael Leonard of Washington, DC, and Jessica Leonard of Avenue, MD. Soulmate and fiance to Alex Oprescu. Ever thoughful grandson and good friend to countless others. Although his life of 30 years was so very, very brief, his love for life allowed him to live with intensity unmatched by others in a normal life time. He was more than a good son, he was a good man. Visitation on Thursday, April 12 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. with prayers at 7 p.m. at the BRINSFIELD-ECHOLS FUNERAL HOME, 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, April 13 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 29119 Point Lookout Rd., Morganza, MD 20660. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Queen of Peace Cemetery, Mechanicsville, MD.
