BONATO LOUIS B. BONATO (Age 81) Passed away on Monday, February 25, 2008. Beloved husband of 55 years to Edythe A. Bonato; loving father to Louis A. Bonato and his wife Linda, Charissa M. Harris and her husband Keith, John R. Bonato and his wife Lisa; dear grandfather to Louis, Daniel and Joseph Bonato; Bobby and Taylor Fitton and Ryan Harris; Gracie, Matty and Danny Bonato. He has been called to the Lord after a courageous battle with cancer at home surrounded by his family. Mr. Bonato originally from Pittsburgh, PA has resided locally for over 50 years. A Bronze Star Veteran of WWII and a graduate of West Virginia University with a Masters Degree, Louis was a teacher, coach and educator of the Fairfax County School System and a member of The Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Annandale. He will be truly missed. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 28 from 4 to 8 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m. at the DEMAINE FUNERAL HOME, 5308 Backlick Road, Springfield, 22151. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 29 at 11 a.m. at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 8800 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA. Burial will follow at Fairfax Memorial Park.
