ZEIGLER EMANUEL MOUNTS ZEIGLER, JR. "Butch" On Tuesday, December 22, 2009, Emanuel Mounts Zeigler "Butch" of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Washington, DC passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 58. After attending Shippensburg State and Johns Hopkins, he served as an elementary school teacher for 12 years in Bel Air, MD. In 1985, Butch joined longtime friend, John Heikel, as a co-owner of Capitol Prompting Service, in Cheverly, MD. With a unique sense of humor, a strong love of life, and a flair for enjoying himself, Butch accumulated many friends, many of whom could seldom resist a smile when in his presence. He will be missed. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the All Saints Episcopal Church, 20 Olive Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE. Dear Butch,
People like you are rare, indeed. You have always been one of my favorite people I've known in my life. You were friends with my Mom years ago in Baltimore, for years, and the three of us had such good times. Ocean City, Md., where you let me run your beachstand at the Golden Sands for 2 whole weeks when I was in my teens! To this day the COOLEST "job" I've ever had. Baltimore, where you and my Mom taught me how to dance to disco back in the era of Saturday Night Fever. You were always a happy face, always one to make everyone around you smile and laugh. You had such a zest for life. I remember your gray Mustang with the red interior. And the ever present can of mountain dew in your hand. God Bless you, my brother. You will always be held in the highest of regards. Thank you for being so exceptionally special. You ARE a STAR!!!
Love, Brad Keim

Dear Butch,
You were our surrogate brother when we were kids. You were always a part of our family. A place was always set for you at our Christmas Dinner table, and Mom always made mashed potatoes just for you. Your smile and laughter always made things brighter. I'm so glad you were part of my childhood. Playing Hide 'n Seek with the neighborhood kids...those were the days. You and Angie stayed close all through the years. She will miss you terribly. I will remember you always with love.

Dear Butch, You will be greatly missed.
To live a life like yours, is only a dream for most people. We'll remember all the good times while you were with us. I know it's not been all easy, but those times fade away, and the good times remembered. You are back with Mom and Dad now, and your beloved collie dog "Renny". We will always miss your smiling face. But we shall all meet again someday. Love, Brother Bob Lamason
