DONALD VINCENT SCHLIMME
On July 24, 2012 of College Park MD. He is survived by his beloved wife Lois J. Schlimme; his son Kurt R. Schlimme; and his daughter Karen R. Pallotta along with his grandchildren Karlye, Tyler, Morgan, Brook, and Reagan. Don was a Professor Emeritus at the University of Maryland in the Department of Nutrition and Food Science. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday July 27 at Riderwood Chapel, 3110 Gracefield Road, Silver Spring, MD. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to - UMCP Foundation, reference Don Schlimme Scholarship Fund, c/o Mr. Brian Magness, 1221 Symons Hall, University of Maryland, College Park, MD 20742.
