Fran: I was lucky to have been assigned to share a room with Paul when I first came to IRS in 1966. His technical knowledge, wisdom and counsel gave me a leg up in my career. I will always be indebted to him. I was very sorry to hear of his passing.

Dear Mrs. Kane and Family,

I am sad about Paul's passing. He was my manager. He was a master of tax, with great passion for work, and devoted to Government service.
