LILA EMMA CRUDUP (Age 100)
On Saturday, June 22, 2013, LILA EMMA CRUDUP of Washington, DC. Beloved mother of Charles Joyner; grandmother of Linda Franklin and Wayne Joyner. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, 17 great-great-grandchildren, three great-great-great-grandchildren, a host other relatives and friends. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, July 6 from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral at 11 a.m. at Friendship Baptist Church, 900 Delaware Ave., S.W., Washington, DC 20024.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family during their loss. May the Lord comfort your hearts. To Linda and family, May God strengthen you and hold you close. We loved Grandma Crudup but God loved her even more.

We thank God for you being a part of our lives during our time at Friendship Baptist Church. And for loving us with agape love. I thank God I got a chance to hug you one more time on the Sunday prior to God taking you home. We will forever cherish many fond memories of you.
